Rickesha Overton, 33, allegedly forced Alisia DeCoteau, in her 20s or 30s, at gunpoint down stairs to an alley, as shown in security footage. Overton threw DeCoteau to the ground, taunted her saying, “Say I won’t,” and shot her multiple times, including once in the head, then kicked her body while yelling, “You dead b—-.” Overton was arrested running from the scene with an empty handgun, initially claiming self-defense, later saying she didn’t care about a life sentence. DeCoteau, a mother, died at the scene; Overton faces first-degree murder and second-degree assault charges.
