Just moments ago he was talking tomeone behind. How did the person behind not notice him doing the robbery?

This is a new type of theft/loot being done in ATMs. what the criminal does is that he just blocked the money outlet so that the money is not dispensed. But as the money is dispensed from the ATM vault, it just stuck between the vault dispenser and ATM's outer case. One has to be very careful while withdrawing cash from ATM. Just inspect carefully the dispenser if transaction is completed but money is not withdrawn. If any obstacle is observed then please contact/inform the concerned bank immediately. यह एटीएम में की जा रही एक नई तरह की चोरी/लूट है। अपराधी क्या करता है कि वह पैसे निकालने वाले आउटलेट को ब्लॉक कर देता है ताकि पैसे बाहर न निकल सकें। लेकिन जैसे ही एटीएम वॉल्ट से पैसे निकलते हैं, वे वॉल्ट डिस्पेंसर और एटीएम के बाहरी केस के बीच फंस जाते हैं। एटीएम से पैसे निकालते समय बहुत सावधान रहना चाहिए। अगर ट्रांजेक्शन पूरा हो गया है लेकिन पैसे नहीं निकल रहे हैं तो डिस्पेंसर का ध्यान से निरीक्षण करें। अगर कोई बाधा दिखती है तो कृपया संबंधित बैंक से तुरंत संपर्क करें/सूचित करें।
