Kids at my daughter’s school cheered when they heard that Charlie Kirk was shot and killed. Children don’t learn that on their own—they learn it at home. When parents teach their kids to celebrate violence, they are raising them in darkness. We must do better. Charlie’s legacy of faith, family, and freedom deserves to live on.

Praising kid’s efforts instead of their abilities is important for parents When kids are praised for abilities (like being smart), They will believe they just aren’t smart enough to succeed when given a hard task. When kids believe they succeeded because of their efforts, They believe that can overcome difficult challenges through hard work & effort So instead of “you’re so smart” Try: “you worked so hard” or “good job not giving up”

This baseball tournament turned into chaos. This tournament is for the kids!Look at the parents. It’s like some ghetto barroom brawl. 🤯 When will parents learn that they are not only embarrassing themselves but they are embarrassing their kids. Glad there were some civil people there trying to break it up. This is why that woman sits in the outfield! And why I sit away too. That’s just crazy. No one has time for that! Have you ever seen adults go at it at a kid’s game? What are they thinking?

This is what the beginning of a screen addiction looks like in kids Kids need real-world, offline experiences. They need human interactions that include talking, smiling, laughing etc.. They need to touch, smells and taste things. These are all ways that kids learn. Screens consume kid's attention and takes away from these learning experiences. And screens are addictive which leads kids to only want more screens. Screens provide zero benefit for kids this age. Its up to parents to keep their childhood screen-free.

Believe it or not there are actually people out there like this, they consider eating out a luxury that they aren’t willing to share with their children. They go out and eat their full and have drinks all while the kids eat nothing or very minimally. If anyone out there isn’t willing to pay for a meal out for their kids, I feel they shouldn’t have kids, and that they are truly selfish people. I’ve been to places before where the parents have their designer clothes on, with tall beers and fat steaks, while their kids are splitting a small order of French fries. Should parents like this be charged with child abuse for psychological abuse?

Its become normal to see kids given an iPad at a restaurant, grocery store or in the car Just so parents can get errands done or have a conversation without interruptions But constantly distracting kids isn't healthy for them. Being included in chores, errands & conversations is a big way that kids learn And being included is what kids want. They see parents doing stuff & they want to try it too!

This dad was told his kid needed ADHD meds Instead of medicating, the parents removed the child's ipad I have witnessed dozens of parents experience the same transformation in their kids by removing screens These meds are harsh and have plenty of side effects. They only treat symptoms, not causes. Parents should work to fix lifestyle before putting their kids on these medications. Kids are worth the effort.
