“i'm actually okay now, and i've realised that being healthy is the most important thing. there was a period wheh i was very extreme. i barely ate and pushed myself to exercise everyday. my hands became so pale and yellow that they looked like a wax figure. and a girl’s body can develop some pretty serious problems, making you feel very anxious. then i called one of my high school friends and told them that i'm at the gym right now. i was sitting on the floor, crying uncontrollably, and that’s when i realised something wasn’t right” my heart aches for jingyi… may jingyi and everyone stay healthy and well🥺🤍
