Act have however announced new candidates - Manu Singh for Manurewa who is a real estate agent who’s branch only has Indian sales reps. Also they are running Malkiat Singh for Papakura (who campaigns in a pink turban) a licensed immigration agent who only last year lobbied Erica Stanford to “Remove all caps for parent resident visa’s” arguing that limiting immigrants (usually elderly) parents is ‘ridiculous’ and holding back ‘progress’ An MBIE paper acknowledging Singh’s petition says : [The petitioner’s reason is stated as]: “I believe the Parent Resident visa category is cruel and makes people rely on luck instead of motivating them to focus on eligibility, hard-work, and entrepreneurship, which would ultimately lead to progress for all New Zealanders. In May 2024, the Immigration New Zealand website shows a total of 9,616 EOIs. With the current limit of 500 per year for these EOIs, it could take years to be selected. I believe this is ridiculous.” MBIE noted -“The petitioner is a licensed immigration adviser.” One of Nationals Indian candidates (Ghouse Maneed) also lobbied the govt to allow in all Indians back into NZ who have an expired work or student visa. You can see where this is all going, and it’s not good. 🚩 It starts. The NZ Police are going full Keir Starmer, intimidating people for opinions on ridiculous high Indian immigration. A kiwi lady who posted the below picture and caption was called into the Police station for a non threatening post highlighting the enforced demographic change in NZ. She says “I was called into the police station for a senior Sergeant to tell me my post was unkind and “racist”, unwelcoming to the Indian community” She stated that the Sergeant became frustrated when she held her ground, walking away from the interview twice when Renee Rosé refused to accept she had done anything wrong or bow down to Police intimidation. She added : “This is what happens when you live under a soft tyranny of the offended people’s . I won’t silence my views to accommodate your feelings” Remember that National will soon be introducing a 16 year old social media ban to keep kids safe. Winston was right again. Modhi today in Auckland reconfirms that the deal is conditional on NZ sending billions to India. “I warmly welcome NZ’s commitment to invest 20 Billion USD (NZ$33B) into India, which allows NZ to be part of the India growth story” to which Luxon nods along like a nodding bobble head in a cars rear window. One news showed Luxon at a presser denying that Modhi meant we had to pay it. Meanwhile this below is on the Hindu front page in india - one of the largest newspapers in that country : “PM Modhi welcomes $20 Billion NZ investment”

Luxon responds to media about the $20 Billion US commitment he made to Modhi after he pulled his pants down in his desperate bid to attract indian voters. The stammering piglet jibbers “I’ve spoken to a NZ company today that is moving manufacturing to India!, and that’s good news!” He also lies that India has an agreement to invest and equal amount into NZ - that is total bullshit. No where in that FTA does it state that they are required to invest one red cent. The clause commits us to invest NZD$33 BILLION or India can enact a claw back claws - and that means NZ not only lose the meagre tarrif concessions but has to pay back whatever concessions we have received. The NZ govt has a website up dedicated to assisting NZ business to offshore to India. It’s the most despicable thing I have ever seen. Watch this pathetic gimp twit … god hes awful.

🚩This is damning for Luxon, National, Act & Labour. The FTA is as bad as they are denying it is. Footage most people haven’t seen from the India FTA select committee,reveals that FTA has duplicitous clauses that determines the NZ $ 33 Billion of direct investment into India IS an obligation. Hats off to National MP & Chair of the committee Tim van de Molen for identifying the sub clause and its implications, and for pushing back on the bureaucrats & a Labour MP. First time i’ve ever commended a Greens MP, however Lawerence Xu Nan correctly states that the FTA will only add 0.1% ($500m) of GDP by 2046, which is 1/40th of the NZ $33 billion of investment from NZ we are expected to ‘promote’ into India. Vangelous Vitalis (dep. Sec Trade & economic) replies that treasury traditionally understates the GDP growth in the modelling, but they expect it to be much larger than 0.1% “just like it was with china” The problem with Vitalis reply, is that 15 years after signing the China FTA, exports to China while larger than forecast, they were just 2.5 times larger than the original forecast. So for NZ to break even on the NZ $33 billion committed to India, Treasury’s forecasted exports would need to be 66 times bigger. We need to beat the forecast by SIXTY SIX TIMES. Mind blowing. This brings us to the $33 billion dollar question - highlighted by Tim Van de Molen. In article 9.10. It allows India to take remedial measures (reapply tarrifs) until NZ meets its obligations to promote $33 BN into India. Vitalis points to clause 9.2, which frames this as only an “aim” — a point Van de Molen accepts. However, he remains very concerned by 9.10(3), which states that if India believes insufficient progress has been made on one-way investment, all concessions can be withdrawn until NZ (specifically) delivers $20 billion US ($33 Billion) in investment. Three times van de Molen (a farmer) circles back t sub clause 3, Vitalis brings in his legal representative, and then Labours Vanushi Walters (a NGO Lawyer) infers Tim is reading it wrong, before concerning he is right and then says “oh it’s just poor drafting” - the whole issue is left unresolved, after Nationals Tim Costley (edited out) interrupts like a dumbo to bring up student numbers and Winston Peters - side tracking the discussion before van de Molen once again circled back to the issue before Walters again changes topic to some frivolous issue. Tim van de Molen has his head on his shoulders and is in the wrong party. Luxon has been conned by India - and it’s us who will pay the price.

Today Chloe Swarbrick addressed the Bondi attack, and it was the most insincere, gaslighting garbage you will ever see. Just remember it was Swarbrick who just days after the October 7th slaughter, publicly condemned the Auckland War museum for lighting up in the colours of the Israel flag “despicable” shrieked Swarbrick, while she whipped the crowd into a frenzy with “from the river to the sea!” Her activist mates cut the power to the lights soon after. Today Chloe blabbed on in the house about tolerance and understanding, and the right for people to practice their faith. Banks also had Laws on his staff, and recounts how Laws was the hardest working and smartest guy he’s ever worked with “ You’d never find a guy with a higher constitution for work, 20 hours a day and that’s not an exaggeration” “I’d be very pleased to have Winston Peters as PM” and as Banks says, NZFirst is the only party that can save the centre right coalition. Yesterday Heather laughed at the news that Michael laws was running for NZ First. “He’s bad news, NZ First have made a mistake.. he’s fringe” Today Laws had an interview with Heather and handled her like the pro he is. Her conceited laughing stopped once he clearly and logically answered her banal questioning. HDA : “I don’t think you will be good in parliament as you have too much baggage, people wont vote for you” Laws : “ Then explain why i’m the top polling Councillor in Otago. Also you have plenty of baggage too, we all do it’s proof you’ve lived life” HDA : “Why go back into Politics, I think it’s a mistake, you push the rules too much, you know it’s not the kinda thing people want to see in Parliament” Laws: “You have got to be joking, I’m not going to wellington to eat my lunch, if you want to maintain the status quo nothing will change, you may as well be a public servant. This is the time for real and significant reform in this country, NZF are going to change things, we will change the stays quo and break the system” Laws has been a Govt Policy advisor, an MP, a Mayor, Councillor for many years in three councils, historian, University lecturer, award winning columnist with 3 national papers, a talk back host with 4 different stations….. pretty impressive. Heather has moved from South Africa to NZ, went to polytech, hitched up with her boss who is 30 years older and now is on a lame stream, controlled, commercial ridden talking head show. Hardly impressive. HDA in the lead up to the last election repeatedly (along with Hoskings) told listeners in MSM moron land that Luxon should rule out NZF or Winston will either go with Labour or be a destabilising force and not allow Luxon to make the big changes. Heather doesn’t actually know much about politics, scratch her and find a pretty woke progressive beholden by the establishment (listen to her interniew with Laws nemeses Ken Mair in the quoted post to see exactly what I mean). This morning Stanford admitted that they’ve abandoned the previous social media ban bill in favour of a system, with support from Labour that goes ‘FURTHER’ and will be a : ‘UNIVERSAL AGE VERIFICATION’ model - which means everyone who uses the internet will have a digital ID that will be verified and all your activity tracked. National will be attempting to implement the EU system which could only originate from the Orwellian mess that the UK and Europe has become. Watch Winston Peters announce new policy in Warkworth just now : “VOTING TO BE RESTRICTED TO NZ CITIZENS ONLY.. for both local & general elections” Currently, legal residents on visas living in NZ continuously for a year or more, are currently eligible to vote. This includes work or study visas, and permanent residents, potentially Time to stop National, Labour and Act’s Immigration gerrymandering. In 2023 an estimated 150,000 non residents voted - which explains why Luxon, Seymour and Hipkins are licking the asses of Indian immigrants when ever they can. Superb!

🚩Astonishing. Must watch. Yesterday Laws dismantled Seymour in an interview, and the Act leader completely threw his toys out of the cot. Laws asks Seymour why he didn’t bother reading the Indian FTA before agreeing to support it, an agreement which re-affirms Paris obligations - but also - UNDRIP, which spawned co-governance and has been weaponised by the left & the judiciary. Seymour’s response? “ It was too big to read so I did my due diligence by asking McClay - there’s no naughty bits in there right?” David it took me seconds to use Grok to find those clauses, hell you could even use CNTRL + FIND on word to find it. His excuse is laughable and non serious. He then infers “yeah it’s bad but it’s done now, don’t worry about it” yeah nah David, this is EXACTLY how bad legislation and nasty fish hooks like Treaty Principles got into legislation (which NZF are now finally with great difficulty able to review and remove). The whole “yeah we put this in there but it doesn’t mean anything” argument by lazy or duplicitous politicians has caused extensive damage to this country, What is TRULY amazing is how Seymour readily throws his constituents on the garbage heap, and then gets bitchy at Laws for bringing up “I’m not going to talk to you again” he pathetically snaps. He even channels Chloe by asking Laws to ‘Zoom’ out. Winston Peters, and important figures to Act : Don Brash, Elizabeth Rata, Gary Judd QC all have spoken out how reckless and dangerous these clauses are. These are iconic Act supporters. Seymour has shat on them, and Act voters. Seymour says “They are being pedantic” and dismissed their concerns. This is a senior Politician elected on a platform to stop this garbage saying “shut up and don’t worry about it” If you are an Act voter, you should be enraged, and looking elsewhere to park your vote.

Once again Luxon kicks off his week this morning telling Hosking that he is hell bent on a social media ban that is tougher than Australia’s - and talks about the UK as an example of what he’s looking to do. The UK Govt made law two years ago giving the Govt control of algorithms so the state decides what content you will see, this will now come into effect. MSM like the BBC given preference on such platform as youtube. They will control the narrative, and explains why MSM the world over has been the key cheerleader of “age gating” the internet. In Australia their marxist eSafety commissioner is working on legislation to ban ratios. A move to quell criticism of politicians online. Labor in Australia have in-acted draconian hate speech laws which prohibit “islamophobia” and they even tried to make Climate change denial hate speech. This is all where this crap was always going to go, it was never about keeping kids safe, it was about controlling free speech, controlling everything you do, all built on digital ID. Luxon also told Hosking he’s “not even prepared to listen to any debate about nuclear energy” and that solar panels will bring us affordable energy security, à complete lie. Australia has seen energy costs increase by 20% in the last 3 years because of the unreliability of renewables and the increased transmission, distribution cost it incurs. This piglet is dangerous.

Very soon National will announce that they will adopt the EU Age assurance platform instead, which is unashamedly and indisputably - digital ID. 🚨 (EUDI / eIDAS 2.0): The app is a lightweight “mini-wallet” using the exact same technical standards as the full EU Digital Identity Wallets. 🚨The key tool is the EU Age Verification App (also called the “mini wallet”) rollout across the EU by the end of 2026. Everyone will be given a national digital ID wallet, which will be used for their central bank digital currency. 🚨All Platforms (social media, YouTube-style sites, etc.) will be required to block or limit access based on ID verification/assurance. Every single user of the internet will be required to be verified, your phone will become the ultimate digital checkpoint. 🚨The system is designed to be seamless and cross-border operation 🚨The system is built to integrate directly with (and accelerate adoption of ) the full EU Digital Identity Wallets, which will hold not just age but passports, driving licences, education quals, bank details - credit /financial history, travel and movement details, and digital health records. 🚨The initial credential issuance is government-linked, which creates a single point of reliance on state-issued digital ID for everyday internet use, banking, payments, transactions - EVERYTHING. 🚨End of practical anonymity online Social media accounts would effectively require government-ID linkage, this will then extend to all facets of modern society. 🚨Surveillance creep / normalisation: Once the wallet infrastructure exists, platforms & govts will pressure for more attributes over time. 🚨Security issues with the system are many and varied. Luxon says National will not back NZ First’s citizen only voting policy.
