She is 𝗡𝗶𝗸𝗶𝘁𝗮 𝗞𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗹𝘄𝗮𝗹, 𝗔𝗜𝗥 𝟴𝟱𝟳, (Visual Impairment), 𝟮𝟬𝟭𝟱 𝗜𝗔𝗦 𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿. From which angle does she appear to have a visual impairment? Obtaining a PWD certificate seems like a new scam, and the UPSC is being exploited badly. What’s worse? The deserving students are missing out on seats. The UPSC is becoming the new NTA!

Meet 𝗞𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗸 𝗞𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗮𝗹, UPSC CSE 2021 - AIR 271 UPSC CSE 2019 - AIR 813 UPSC CSE 2022 - AIR 784 UPSC CSE 2023 - AIR 829 Kartik has been on a wheelchair for the past 14 years due to a 90% muscular dystrophy disability, yet he has not received a service allocation in the last 4 years. It is disheartening to see that those who are physically fit but have money, power, and connections have taken the opportunities that rightfully belong to deserving candidates like Kartik. This raises a critical question for the government: How long will the system continue to overlook the hard work of individuals? When will merit truly be the sole criteria ?
