This man had parked his car right on the road and wanted to go to the laundry for some work. Upon requesting him not to park in the main road and to move the car slightly ahead, he shouted back at the person saying there is no NO PARKING board here and I will park here itself. And because of his arrogance, vehicles started queuing up in a large number including an ambulance which was carrying a person in emergency.
