UPDATE: Police in Ntungamo have arrested four suspects, including a woman, for allegedly targeting business people who withdraw large sums of money from banks before trailing and robbing them. The suspects were arrested last week after they allegedly followed businessman Obed Natamba, who had withdrawn UGX 24 million from Centenary Bank's Ntungamo branch.
