A man at Yellowstone National Park was completely oblivious to a lurking bison behind him until concerned park-goers alerted him to the animal. Kristi Wilt caught this footage of the bison walking towards the man, who was fishing and had his back turned towards the bovine. Wilt said she was not sure whether to sound her car horn to alert the man as it may “scare the bison into charging him.” “The truck behind us started honking before we did, alerting the fisherman, who later found out that it was his wife [who honked],” Wilt said. “We were all so relieved as he walked like a boss, no eye contact, no fast movements, away from the bison. My family cheered as we all felt so much relief in the way he handled himself.”

Two red foxes were seen exploring shelf ice on Lake Michigan on Thursday, January 22. Nathan Voytovick, who operates Nate’s Dronography, captured drone footage of the two creatures climbing on top of the iced-covered lake in Saint Joseph, Michigan. “One of the most beautiful things I’ve seen,” Voytovick wrote in a Facebook post. The National Weather Service (NWS) said cold temperatures over the course of the week had allowed ice to build up on the shores of the lake. “Please do not venture out onto the ice! Shelf ice can be incredibly unstable,” the weather agency warned.

Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem apparently chose Mexican Independence Day to send a message to the immigrant community, arriving in force on Tuesday morning to an Elgin home and taking four people into custody. The only problem is two of the four people they arrested are apparently U.S. citizens who they released shortly afterward.

At the end of the interview, Bad Bunny took questions from a few student journalists, including one who asked him to name an early supporter. "My mom," the singer replied. "Before everything, she believed in me as a person, as a human. She believed in me, in my decisions, in my opinions," he continued. "I think that's what got me here, you know? Not because she believed that I was a great artist but that she believed that I am a great person."
