The 9th Circuit has ruled that our client Rod Theis's children's books about biological reality displayed in his office are actually government speech--even though InterMountain Education Service District allows all employees to decorate their offices with personal items like photos, books, and artwork. And many do, inculding with pro-LGBT and pro-labor union posters. ADF is evaluating next steps. The First Amendment means that the government cannot silence its employees' private speech simply because it disapproves of the message. Americans should not fear losing their job for expressing their deeply held personal beliefs on topics of public concern. Watch the full Fox News segment:
