In Q3 2025, ADNOC Distribution has delivered another record-breaking quarter, achieving the highest-ever quarterly EBITDA, nine-month EBITDA, and fuel volumes since our IPO. A clear reflection of our disciplined execution and strong strategic momentum across our business. Across our network, we’re accelerating transformation with the reimagined Oasis by ADNOC, bringing Voyager lubricants to 50 markets, and expanding our E2GO network to 368 fast and super-fast EV charging points, cementing our position as the nation’s number one fuel and convenience retailer. Providing greater visibility, predictability, and value to our shareholders, we are extending our dividend policy through 2030 and moving to a quarterly dividend distribution from Q1 2026. This momentum is driving bold action and powering the next phase of ADNOC Distribution’s journey. We have raised our network growth target to 1,150 service stations by 2028 and aim to double non-fuel transactions by 2030, transforming into a future-ready mobility and convenience retail platform that continues to deliver growth, value, and impact for the communities we serve.
