The anti-Bengal BJP does not know how to respect democracy. Even today, the Opposition has not been allotted a room in the Assembly. Although Leader of the Opposition Shri Sovandeb Chattopadhyay and Shri Kunal Ghosh went to the Assembly to meet the Speaker, the Speaker refused to meet them. The people of Bengal will give a fitting reply to this uncivilized behavior of the anti-Bengal BJP. We will not tolerate the extreme indecency of the BJP government.

Give them another day and they will move to ban the sale and consumption of non-veg food altogether. They will stand at your doorstep and dictate what you can eat, what you can cook, what you can serve your children. They will impose their dietary diktat on a land whose identity, whose culture, whose very soul is inseparable from its food, its flavours, and its freedom of choice. Bengal did not vote for this. Bengal will not stand for this. We will defend your plate, your kitchen, your right to live as Bengalis have always lived. Freely, fiercely, and on their own terms.

Earlier, in 2021, nearly 90% of counting was completed within eight and a half hours; now, only 6–8 rounds have been completed in the same time frame. I urge everyone to remain patient. I also appeal to all Trinamool counting agents not to leave the counting centres under any circumstances. In several places, results are not even being disclosed to the media. In Bardhaman Dakshin, the Trinamool Congress has already secured victory, yet a recount is being conducted. This is a calculated, malicious attempt by the Extremely Compromised Institution to psychologically weaken us and buy time for their masters. But let this be absolutely clear to the Delhi Zamindars and their puppet Election Commission, we will not cede even one inch of Bengal’s soil. No matter how much you delay, manipulate or distort the process, the verdict of the people of Bengal will prevail. The more you try to suppress the truth, the louder it will roar back.
