چرا هیچکس نمیپرسد جمهوری اسلامی با پیکر زنان و خواهران ما چه میکند؟ چرا هیچ نهاد بینالمللی پیگیر سرنوشت زنانی نیست که یا در خیابان کشته شدند یا در زندان ناپدید شدند یا پیکرشان تحویل خانوادهها نشد؟ چرا جهان نمیپرسد بر سر بدن زن ایرانی چه میآورید؟ چرا آثار گلوله، شکنجه، تجاوز و مثلهکردن باید پشت درهای بسته دفن شود؟ این سکوت، همدستی است. این بیتفاوتی، مشارکت در جنایت است. به ما بگویید چه جنایت تازهای علیه زنان ایران مرتکب میشوید که اینقدر از پاسخ دادن میترسید؟ Why does no one ask what the Islamic Republic is doing to the bodies of our women and sisters? Why is there no international investigation into the fate of Iranian women who were killed in the streets, disappeared in prisons, or returned to their families as sealed coffins — if at all?
