Ukraine has begun installing anti-drone measures at the surviving petrol stations in Kharkiv Oblast, designed to cause Russian FPV drones to detonate before impacting the station, while still allowing vehicles to drive in and out. These sort of protective measures will not prevent Russian FPV drones from impacting the roof of the station (although this would result in less severe damage), and won't do much against Geran-2/Gerbera drones or Geran-4 jet-drones.

It appears that these drones once again utilised Polish, Lithuanian, Latvian, and possibly Estonian airspace to reach the ports, with drones just "magically" appearing in the region near the Latvian border, even though no alerts were issued in regions which the drones would usually have to fly through. The IDF is currently carrying out a large-scale counter-insurgency operation in the West Bank city of Hebron following the Palestinian armed attack on Israeli soldiers at a road junction near the city. The entire occupied West Bank is expected to be placed under a full lockdown in the near future. All of Hebron and surrounding villages have been cordoned off, and searches are underway at the residences of the attackers and additional suspects. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated that he has completed a situation assessment with high-ranking Israeli officials regarding today's Hebron attack, stating that he ordered the IDF and security forces to immediately impose a full lockdown across the West Bank. He also alluded to the possibility that the Palestinians who carried out the attack were affiliated with Hamas, stating that "We will pursue Hamas terrorists and their dispatchers everywhere and at all times. You have no safe haven." Earlier, Israeli media reported that one of the gunmen may have had ties with Hamas. Neither Hamas nor the Palestinian Islamic Jihad have claimed responsibility for the Hebron shooting. Hamas issued a statement earlier saying that the perpetrators of the attack carried out the shooting as a "natural and planned response to ongoing Israeli crimes against the Palestinian people". Ukrainian UAVs once again attacked the Ust-Luga and Prymorsk Ports in Leningrad Oblast, resulting in large fires breaking out at both locations. These are the two largest Russian Baltic Sea ports. It appears that these drones once again utilised Polish, Lithuanian, Latvian, and possibly Estonian airspace to reach the ports, with drones just "magically" appearing in the region near the Latvian border, even though no alerts were issued in regions which the drones would usually have to fly through. This is the third day in a row that Russia's Baltic Sea Ports have come under attack, and the third day in a row that Ukrainian drones likely used NATO airspace to avoid Russian air defence.
