Iran launched several ballistic missiles and drones at U.S. bases in Kuwait and the U.S. 5th fleet base in Bahrain, in response to earlier U.S. airstrikes on Iranian military infrastructure on Qeshm Island. Several explosions have also been heard near the city of Sirek, Hormozgan Province, Iran, likely from additional U.S. airstrikes.

Regarding the ballistic missile attack on Dnipro: 3 missiles were launched, striking two targets. The first two missiles struck a distribution warehouse of the ATB supermarket chain, resulting in a massive fire breaking out that can be seen across the city. Earlier I reported on one successful interception, but I have since been informed that both missiles impacted. The second target was at/near Aviatorske Airbase south of the city. What appears to be a Russian Geran-2 or Gerbera drone struck a high-rise apartment building in Galati, Romania, around 13.5 km from the border with Ukraine. Prior to the attack, air raid alerts were issued in parts of the country due to the drone incursion into Romanian airspace. At least two people were injured and another 70 evacuated from the building, where a fire subsequently broke out. Romanian authorities say they are investigating the source of the drone, however at the same time of this attack, a large-scale Russian Geran-2 drone attack was underway on the Ukrainian port city of Reni, which lies directly opposite the border with Romania.

The first missile seemingly failed, impacting in Russian-controlled Donetsk Oblast, approximately east of Avdiivka. The video shows MIRVS falling at 12:59am, as seen from Donetsk City. The second strike on Bila Tserkva occurred 17 minutes later at 1:16am, possibly after they realised that the first one failed in flight. This is confirmed via a geolocation of the video POV and the falling speed of the MIRVs. The scale of damage is unknown, and no reports of civilian casualties have been noted.

It appears that these drones once again utilised Polish, Lithuanian, Latvian, and possibly Estonian airspace to reach the ports, with drones just "magically" appearing in the region near the Latvian border, even though no alerts were issued in regions which the drones would usually have to fly through. This is the third day in a row that Russia's Baltic Sea Ports have come under attack, and the third day in a row that Ukrainian drones likely used NATO airspace to avoid Russian air defence.
