Indian Muslim Man to Death with Bat in Front of His Children in Karnataka. 🇮🇳 Rasheed Pasha, a 45-year-old jeep mechanic, was setting up a new garage/shop near Bada Makan Road in Wilson Garden, Bengaluru. Local extortionists demanded ₹50,000 as "hafta" (protection money). When he refused, an argument ensued in the morning. The three men returned in the evening around 08:30 - 9:00 PM on March 15, 2026, repeated the demand, and upon refusal, assaulted him viciously with a cricket bat and bamboo sticks. The beating continued until he was severely injured, happening right in front of his two children. Locals rushed him to a hospital, but he succumbed to his injuries. 💔
