Asked about reports of a $300 billion reconstruction fund for Iran and whether Gulf countries, including Saudi Arabia, would contribute to it, Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan says Iran’s recent attacks on Saudi Arabia and other Gulf states have resulted in a “significant loss of trust” in Tehran and that trust would need to be rebuilt before economic cooperation could take place.
