Imagine telling young Black men that discipline is “white.” That wearing a suit is “white.” That speaking professionally is “white.” That success is “white.” That is one of the most destructive lies ever sold to Black America. A suit is not white. A tie is not white. Education is not white. Discipline is not white. Marriage is not white. Responsibility is not white. These are human virtues practiced by successful people of every race on Earth. The greatest trick ever played on young Black men was democrats convincing them that excellence belongs to somebody else. No. Excellence belongs to whoever is willing to pursue it. A young man in a suit isn’t acting white. He’s acting like a man preparing to win. #AStoneGroove #SilentMajoritySpeaks

Dear President Barack Obama… While the world celebrates the opening of your $850 million Presidential Center this Juneteenth… I need you to explain something. You promised the Black folks on Chicago’s South Side hope. You promised opportunity. You promised jobs. You promised investment. You promised protection from displacement. You said Black contractors and local families would finally share in the prosperity. But here’s what people are publicly saying the outcome has been: You promised economic opportunity. The outcome? Multiple Black-owned subcontractors publicly say they’re owed millions. You promised jobs. The outcome? Mechanics’ liens. Lawsuits. Businesses fighting to survive. You promised investment. The outcome? Some minority-owned firms have publicly said they were pushed into Chapter 11 bankruptcy waiting to be paid. You promised a stronger community. The outcome? Residents have voiced concerns about displacement and rising housing costs. Meanwhile, the cameras roll. The speeches are given. The ribbon is cut. The building stands tall. But the people who believed the promise say they’re left with unpaid invoices, liens, bankruptcy, and shattered dreams. The Obama Foundation has said it paid its construction manager in full and that subcontractor payment disputes are between the construction manager and subcontractors. But to the contractor wondering how to make payroll… To the business owner fighting to save decades of work… To the family wondering if they’ll have to leave the neighborhood… That distinction doesn’t change their reality. So here’s my question. When history remembers this Presidential Center… Will it remember the speeches? Or will it remember the Black businesses that say they helped build it, only to lose everything in the process? #AStoneGroove #SilentMajoritySpeaks

🚨I just watched a video in a store that stopped me cold. A little kid… maybe 3 or 4… pulling things off shelves, throwing them around like it’s a game. No correction. No guidance. An employee calmly says, “You need to control your child.” And the mother snaps back, “If I hit my child, I’m going to jail. I’m not hitting my child.” Then the kid turns… and tells the clerk to “shut the F up.” At that age? That didn’t come from nowhere. Let’s be real for a second… Nobody is saying you need to hit your child. But discipline and abuse are not the same thing. Correction matters. Boundaries matter. What you allow… you’re teaching. A child that young doesn’t invent that kind of language or behavior on their own. That’s learned. That’s modeled. That’s reinforced by what’s tolerated. And when there are no consequences… no structure… no authority… You’re not raising a free spirit. You’re raising the NEXT SAVAGE. You’re raising chaos, a thug… It might look “cute” or “funny” to some simple minded clowns right now… But that same behavior grows up. It shows up in classrooms… in the streets… in relationships… in life. Parenting isn’t about being liked in the moment. It’s about raising a human being who understands respect, self-control, and accountability. Because if a child learns early that nothing gets corrected… The world will eventually do the correcting. And it won’t be gentle. #AStoneGroove
