اعتمد مجلس إدارة شركة العيد للأغذية في اجتماعه المنعقد يوم الخميس الموافق 28 مارس 2024 ، البيانات المالية للسنة المالية المنتهية في 31/12/2023، وأوصى بتوزيع أرباح نقدية للمساهمين بقيمة 10% من رأس المال المدفوع بواقع 10 فلس لكل سهم . و بلغ صافي ربح الشركة 3,202,752 د.ك عن السنة المالية المنتهية في 31/12/2023، مقارنة بصافي ربح بلغت قيمته 2,510,258 د.ك عن السنة المالية المنتهية في 31/12/2022 وزيادة بنسبة 27.58% مع تحقيق إرتفاع ملحوظ في حقوق المساهمين بنسبة 101.81% . كما ارتفعت ربحية السهم للشركة بنسبة 23.14% عن السنة المالية المنتهية في 31/12/2023 ، وبلغت 16.60 فلساً، مقارنة بقيمة13.48 فلساً عن السنة المالية المنتهية في 31/12/2022، وارتفع اجمالي الإيرادات التشغيلية للشركة بنسبة 24.53% في نهاية عام 2023، مقارنة بنفس الفترة في عام 2022 . الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة العيد للأغذية المهندس محمد المطيري قال، 2023 هي سنة مميزة وعلامة جديدة وفارقة بكل المقاييس في رحلة العيد للأغذية. وأشار الى توصية مجلس إدارة العيد للأغذية بتوزيع 10% أرباح نقدية على المساهمين بواقع 10 فلس للسهم من رأس المال المدفوع عن السنة المالية المنتهية في 31/12/2023، والتي تعادل 100% من صافي الأرباح بحسب رأس مال الشركة الجديد، وذلك تأكيداً على تمسكنا بمبدأ الاستدامة في الأرباح للمساهمين والشركاء ترجمة لسعينا للنمو المتواصل. #العيد_للأغذية #العيد_نمو_متواصل In its meeting held on Thursday, March 28, 2024, the Board of Directors of Aleid Foods Company approved the financial statements for the fiscal year ending on 12/31/2023 and recommended the distribution of cash dividends to shareholders in the amount of 10% of the paid-up capital, at 10 Fils per share. The company's net profit amounted to KD 3,202,752 for the fiscal year ending on 12/31/2023, compared to a net profit amounting to KD 2,510,258 for the fiscal year ending on 12/31/2022, registering growth of 27.58%, while achieving a significant growth in shareholders' equity by 101.81%. The company's earnings per share also increased by 23.14% for the fiscal year ending on 12/31/2023, and amounted to 16.60 Fils, compared to 13.48 Fils for the fiscal year ending on 12/31/2022, and the company's total operating revenues increased by 24.53% at the end of the year 2023, compared to the same period in 2022.
