One common strategy used by both husbands and wives in Matrimonial disputes is to conceal their income and assets from the court. This happens despite the Supreme Court's clear directive in Rajnesh vs. Neha regarding mandatory disclosure of nancial details. So, what can you do if you’re convinced your spouse is hiding their assets or income? First, understand that the court won’t take the initiative to investigate this on its own. Courts are already overwhelmed with hundreds of cases daily. It falls upon you to take action.
