This is such a beautiful drone video of the Vande Bharat passing over the Perumon railway bridge at Munroe island near the Ashtamudi lake giving us a lovely view of Kerala's scenic backwaters landscape! Munroe Island (also known as Mundrothuruthu) is a serene cluster of eight small islets in Kerala's Kollam district, located about 25 km north of Kollam town. Nestled at the confluence of Ashtamudi Lake and the Kallada River, it is famous for dense mangrove forests, narrow winding canals, and authentic, slow-paced village life. #IndianRailways #Kerala #dronevideo

When loco pilots perform their last trip on the day of their service, this is the kind of farewell they get - the camaraderie, the emotions, the respect, and goodwill - these are the most valuable assets one accumulates before they retire! #IndianRailways #retirement

The lovely lighting mechanism on The Havelock Bridge, also known as the Old Godavari Bridge in Rajahmundry! It is a historic, decommissioned railway bridge built in 1900, famous for its stone masonry and steel girders, serving as a key part of the Howrah-Madras line before being replaced by the newer Godavari Arch Bridge that can be seen in the background. It's now planned for development as a heritage tourism spot. Havelock bridge over the river Godavari was a marvel of British engineering, using stone masonry and steel girders. #Godavari #tourism #IndianRailways
