Peninsula Township Made a BIG Mistake After sending me an $11,000 bill for a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request, THEY DIDN’T SEND ME A DETERMINATION LETTER. That means they automatically have to cut the bill in HALF. Not only did I appeal their $11,000 bill citing to wrongful charges, but I asked for a complete fee waiver since the information is of public interest. For decades, Peninsula Township has worked with an NGO, Protect the Peninsula, to create laws to hinder winery businesses *allegedly.* These unconstitutional ordinances resulted in a $49 MILLION dollar verdict against the Township. Residents asked me to dive into the relationship between the township and the NGO- so I put in a FOIA request. The township claims to be transparent, but they are hiding behind 5 figure FOIA fees. They have 10 business days to respond, let’s see what they do from here…

Full update on Charlie Kirk’s Assassination (9/11/25 at 9:30am est) Charlie’s body will be returned home today. They do have camera footage of the shooter making his way up to the roof, leaving, and going into a neighborhood. They have collected footprints, a handprint, and more. They do have images of him. The FBI is using technology to try to identify him. If unsuccessful, they will release the images to the media for help. A bolt action riffle was recovered in the woods. While they do not want to release identifying information as of right now, they say he blended in well with the university and appeared to be college age.

Some people definitely did not expect me to dig up this old clip. This is Kennedy in 2008 testifying to Congress on the harmful effects of mercury. Ed Markey was the chair who invited him, and he now says, “Robert Kennedy Jr. is an unqualified, unserious, and dangerous nominee for US Secretary of Health and Human Services.” Funny how no one called him crazy then.

RFK Jr puts the measles hysteria to bed. “This has become a talking point for Democrats that somehow I caused the measles epidemic. The measles epidemic started in January 2025 - before I came into office.” “Most of the people affected are over the age of 5 years old, meaning their decision to not vaccinate predated my appointment to this office. We had about 2,200 measles cases last year and we had 1,700 this year. This is not unique to the United States. This is a global outbreak. Mexico had 3x the number of measles cases than we did. We did better than any other country in the world at controlling the epidemic. Mexico has 3x the number and it has 1/3 of the population. Canada has twice the number and it has 1/8 of our population. Europe had 33,000 cases in the last year and a 127,000 the year before and they have one half of our population. So the problem is not me.”

RFK Jr came to Michigan today and I had to try to talk to him about improving women’s health. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to talk to him, but I did talk to someone at HHS that works with him. My advice for HHS is that we need to start changing the standards of care. The science is there, it’s just about implementing it. Some examples: most women labor on their backs, babies get their cords clamped right away, and mom and baby are not getting an hour uninterrupted of skin time after birth- all things proven to be harmful. It’s time for HHS to set the standards so we can improve our nations health, starting with the most vulnerable - our babies.

At the scene in Grand Blanc, Michigan. A man ran his car into the a church and started shooting. Family members are waiting to be reunited with their loved ones. A little girl has been shot in the back and many people have blood on their clothes. Please pray for the victims and for our first responders 🙏

This is an interesting two minutes. -President Trump was asked if we were going to change our meat standards since the UK will not accept our food since it’s full of chemicals. -Trump says Bobby is working on this. -Then Secretary Rollins (USDA) immediately backtracks, “to be very clear, American beef is the safest, the best quality, and the crowned jewel of American agriculture for the world.” That is simply not true. That’s why they won’t take our beef today.

Dave Smith demolished the Israel debate before it really got started. “Every. Single. Time. I come up here to debate issues, and they come up here to debate me and my character. It’s all they have every single time. Because they can’t actually take on any of the arguments so the most pathetic lowest hanging fruit of ‘You guys like Trump, this guy said bad things about Trump.’ Listen guys, I’m a free American. Senator Bill Cassidy just went to the senate floor to disclose the deals he made in exchange for a yes vote on RFK Jr. Read below and let me know if it was worth it. -RFK Jr will have a close working relationship with Cassidy with multiple meetings a month. -Cassidy will help hire for the health agencies. -Kennedy will work with current safety monitoring systems and not establish parallel systems. -Maintain the CDC’s advisory committee on immunization practices recommendations without changes. -CDC will not remove statements on their website pointing out that vaccines do not cause autism. -Will not use “sue and settle” techniques to change policies without Congress. -Kennedy will come in front of the HELP committee on a quarterly basis if requested. -The HELP committee chair may choose a representative for any board or commission formed to review vaccine safety. -A 30 day notice much be given to the committee if the agency seeks to make changes to any of the federal vaccine safety monitoring programs and the committee can review it. -Cassidy will use his authority to rebuff any attempt to remove the public’s access to life saving vaccines without iron clad evidence that says otherwise. -Cassidy will watch for any effort to wrongfully sew confusion about vaccines.

BOOM: Secretary Kennedy just demolished big pharma…again. Every news station has reported on a brand new Danish study supposedly showing that Tylenol does not cause autism. RFK Jr: “The study is a garbage study. It should be retracted. The study took a million, the medical records, of a million danish women and it compared women who got Tylenol during pregnancy to people who did not. The problem is, the way it determined whether they got Tylenol during pregnancy was by prescriptions. So only 2% of the people in the study got Tylenol during pregnancy - according to the end point.” “Tylenol is available over the counter. Many of you have taken Tylenol, but very few of you have ever gotten a prescription. 50% of the people in Denmark, we know from other studies, actually took Tylenol during pregnancy. So the study was comparing women who took Tylenol during pregnancy to women who took Tylenol during pregnancy. It was a garbage in, garbage out study. The industry has the capacity to generate these studies all the time and it’s fraudulent.”
