Damn. Listen. to. this. speech. #FreeTheTamales It's absurd that Katie Hobbs put the legislature in this position. This Bill, alongside two others, passed with a bipartisan supermajority. Yet our Executive believes she knows better than the legislature and somehow scared multiple legislators into changing their vote in order to protect her ego. A good Bill that will directly affect so many Arizonans' lives was turned into a political game by the 9th Floor. That should never, NEVER, happen. I'm not from the same political party, but (((Rep.Alma Hernandez))) gets it. She's not there to serve the 9th Floor or play games for the next election. She's there to serve Maria and the rest of her constituents. I have a lot of respect for the Arizona House Democrats and Arizona Senate Democrats who are willing to stand up for the RIGHT thing to do, not the EASY thing to do.
