Opposition parties are spreading false propaganda and misleading narratives against me. The video posted on social media by political parties such as the Congress and Rashtriya Janata Dal is not correct and far from truth. This video is not from the Independence Day programme. The video is from the inauguration of my office in Barrackpore, which took place on 6th July, 2026. The parties or individuals spreading such propaganda should have verified the facts before circulating it and should have corrected their mistake. It is because of such disgraceful actions that the people have kept them in the Opposition, and unless they mend their ways, they will remain in the Opposition in future too. I am going to take legal action against these two parties for deliberately spreading false propaganda against me. নোয়াপাড়া বিধানসভার অন্তর্গত গারুলিয়া এলাকায় অবস্থিত ২৯ নম্বর বুথের ইভিএম-এর সাথে ব্যবহৃত ভিভিপ্যাট (VVPAT) স্লিপগুলি রবিবার সন্ধ্যায় দত্তপুকুর থানা এলাকার সুভাষনগরের এক আবর্জনার স্তূপে পাওয়া গেছে। নিয়ম অনুযায়ী, ভিভিপ্যাট স্লিপগুলি ইভিএম-এর সাথে স্ট্রং রুমে থাকা উচিত। ঘটনার খবর পেয়ে আমি নিজে সেখানে গিয়ে পরিস্থিতি খতিয়ে দেখি এবং দলীয় কর্মীদের সাথে কথা বলি। এই বিষয়ে আমি নির্বাচন কমিশনের কাছে অভিযোগ জানিয়েছি এবং ঘটনার সঠিক তদন্ত করে দোষীদের বিরুদ্ধে কঠোর ব্যবস্থা নেওয়ার দাবি জানিয়েছি। नोआपाड़ा विधानसभा अन्तर्गत गारुलिया क्षेत्र में स्थित 29 नंबर बूथ के लिए इस्तेमाल ईवीएम से जुड़े VVPAT की पर्चियाँ रविवार की शाम दत्तपुकुर थाना इलाके में स्थित सुभाष नगर में कचरे के ढेर में मिलीं। वीवीपैट पर्चियाँ ईवीएम के साथ स्ट्रॉंग रूम में होनी चाहिए। घटना की खबर मिलने के बाद वहाँ जाकर जायजा लिया और पार्टी के कार्यकर्ताओं से बात की। इस संबंध में मैंने चुनाव आयोग से शिकायत की है और इस घटना की जाँच कर दोषियों के विरुद्ध कड़ी कार्रवाई की माँग रखी है।

Last night under 107- Noapara Assembly Constituency, at about 12.05 AM, two armed criminals namely Akash Choudhary alias Golu and Aman Choudhary, patronised by All India Trinamool Congress, reached on a motorbike at the house of Kundan Singh, the Secretary of the Barrackpore Organisational District of BJP West Bengal with an intention to kill him. Sound of firing of one round bullet was heard. Aman Choudhary tried to enter the house with an intention to kill Kundan Singh but by the grace of the God, Kundan has escaped unhurt. These two criminals are residents of Garulia and notorious, history sheeter of the area. Their names were in the list of the criminals submitted to the Election Commission of India. On the day of polling, Akash Choudhary alias Golu was detained by the Noapara Police till the evening and later released. Before the counting, these criminals on the instructions of their leaders are trying to intimidate local leadership and workers of BJP West Bengal. In spite of all the measures taken for free and fair elections in West Bengal by the Election Commission of India, a section of government officials have colluded with the All India Trinamool Congress leaders and working under the instructions of I-PAC. It has been clearly stated by the ECI that no contractual staff can be appointed in the electoral process but reliable sources have informed that contractual staff have been appointed as Data Entry Operators in Rashtraguru Surendra Nath College, Barrackpore Counting Centre to manipulate the tabulation of votes in favour of TMC Candidates. Sukarna Roy and Suman have been issued Identity cards as Data Entry Operators (D.E.O.) for the counting duty. It is a clear violation of the instructions of the ECI. On our complaint, the teachers namely Balaram Sarkar, Safikuddin and Subhrangshu Sinha were kept out of election duty because of their direct association/proximity with the TMC but surprisingly, these persons have been assigned works on the counting day. The responsible officials with an intention to vitiate the objective of the ECI, must be booked and dealt strongly should be taken against them. TMC has appointed Ex- DGP and its Rajya Sabha MP Rajeev Kumar as party observer for Barrackpore and Dum Dum Organisational District Committees with an intention to influence the counting machinery with his notorious ‘technical surveillance and data hacking’ expertise. In the chit fund scam, he had removed the crucial documents to save Mamata Banerjee and TMC leaders and so he has been awarded a Rajya Sabha seat. This morning, when everyone was busy in Puja for Navratri, several jehadis and goons under the protection of Namit Singh, an accused in the NIA cases and son of the local All India Trinamool Congress Councillor and supervision of the local police attacked my office-cum-residence Mazdoor Bhawan. The local Police played a role of mute spectator as the goons were brandishing the firearms openly in front of the Police. About 15 Bombs were hurled, more than a dozen rounds of bullets were fired by these goons. The West Bengal Police has become a stooge of the All India Trinamool Congress.
