Let me introduce you all to my Bella 🐒❤️ , a trained monkey that can detect unfriendly movements from a distance and alert the men on ground. Bella serves as a watchdog and has saved us from unexpected attacks more than once. And before someone comes for me 😂, monkeys are not Homo erectus or Homo sapiens. They’re primates, just like humans, But this one? Bella can be smarter than some humans I know. 😂🐒

As a 🇳🇬 soldier, I once went to a witch doctor for spiritual fortification. He gave me a little green 🐍 after the rituals. But the moment I took that snake home, I realised I had traded my peace for protection. With the rate at which comrades were dying, I felt I had to fortify myself spiritually. Na person wey dey alive dey collect pension. I travelled to meet Asikpa of Shao in Kwara State, and he gave me the snake as my protector. This is what reportedly happened between 🇳🇬 soldiers and a Mobile Police team in Bassa, Plateau State. A 27-year-old man, Suleiman Adamu, was reportedly shot dead. When the 🇳🇬 soldiers arrived in the community, they observed what appeared to be a gunshot wound to his chest. According to the community leaders implicated Mobile Police personnel operating in the area. The soldiers then attempted to intercept the police team to establish what happened and prevent the situation from escalating. The soldiers further reported that the police team initially failed to stop. During the ensuing confrontation, about six tear-gas canisters were allegedly fired toward the soldiers, while the police commander was accused of failing to restrain personnel who allegedly insulted the soldiers. When two arms of the security forces end up confronting each other, the priority should be establishing the truth, protecting civilians and preventing further escalation. No matter the uniform, accountability must apply to everyone.

As a 🇳🇬 soldier, I once fainted in the hospital because of too much sex. 😭😂 I dated a Tiv girl who was a virgin when we met. After we started dating, we discovered she had an extremely high libido. Morning, afternoon, night… everywhere was somehow becoming an opportunity for Sex. Kitchen, car, bathroom this girl no dey hear “I’m tired.” 😂 One day, I was admitted to the hospital with typhoid and malaria. Even on that hospital bed, she was still disturbing me. That faithful Saturday, after taking my medications, I went to the bathroom with her as usual. Somehow, I lost consciousness. Thank God for the duty nurse who rushed in and saved the situation. 😂 Waiting de pain me till date , the nurse saw my nakedness 🙈

As a 🇳🇬 soldier, I believe we cannot win the war against insurgency without the cooperation of civilians. Boko Haram had planted landmines along our route. Instead of the villagers warning us that danger was ahead. What they did was to show us fake love, they thought we won't make it through. Just a few minutes later, our mine-detection device started beeping. We immediately dismounted and took cover. Our EOD team eventually dealt with the threat. That experience taught me something, soldiers need reliable civilian intelligence just as much as civilians need the protection of soldiers. In the fight against insurgency, information can save lives.

🇳🇬 Soldiers vs Boko harams 🔥 This is a pattern Boko Haram has repeatedly used against our 🇳🇬 troops. They plant mines/IEDs along a route and set up an ambush around the same area. Once the explosion creates confusion and casualties, their fighters move in to launch the next phase of the attack.

As a 🇳🇬 Soldier, I once went on a deadly mission into Akwanga Forest. There was this 🇳🇬 soldier who believed heavily in juju,You’d see him carrying all sorts of things 🐢🐍🐌, cowries, charms. 😂 I was always following him closely bcos I thought, “At least, if anything happens, I’ll benefit from this man’s spiritual backup.” 😭 Then the fight started with the bandits. Omo! I looked in front of me and the werey had VANISHED! 😭😂 One minute he was there, the next minute nowhere to be found. The werey disappeared and left the rest of us to face the music alone. Na that day I learn say if you wan survive, no put your life for another man's juju. 😂

No doubt,the Igbos are highly creative and innovative 🇳🇬. But manufacturing firearms outside the lawful, regulated defence industry is a line that should not be crossed. Nigeria is already battling serious insecurity. We cannot afford to add another source of illegally manufactured weapons to the problem 🇳🇬

Please 🇳🇬 don't see every Northerner as a bandits. "Sunday Igboho’s Iru Ekun Security Network claimed they captured some suspected bandits who fired back at them" *My Questions * (1) How did they know they are the ones that fired back at them ? (2) They said they caught them with knives , so they fired at them with knives? (3) Reference to the video, nothing criminality was found on them , so they think bandits can be captured that easily ?
