J-Hope (#JHOPE) did 95% of his performance alone on the stage. Ten seconds to his set, it's easy to understand why. While others rely on spectacles, synchronized back up dancers, or stunning wardrobe, J-Hope relies purely on his skill, the depth of his music, and connection with the audience. His energy was so intense, he devoured the entire stage. He was so present, so in the music that he took the entire audience with him. He got the entire arena rapping WITH him and singing FOR him.
