Today marks the end of my time leading the Bureau of African Affairs and the end of my 30 years of public service. Huge thanks to all our African partners with whom we have achieved so much. These relationships are in good hands with Ambassador Jonathan Pratt and the amazing public servants in the Bureau in Washington and overseas who will lead on, advancing mutual prosperity, peace, and stability for our peoples.
