The so called unemployed fella, Abhijeet Dipke, the founder of the viral, satirical Cockroach Janta Party (CJP), seems to be shifting his supposedly accidental movement into an algorithmic, corporate merchandising campaign. His introducing paid badges and corporate merchandise proves a deliberate commercial strategy to monetize Gen-Z political unrest rather than maintaining an organic satirical protest. It's obvious that launching corporate merchandise allows people to buy physical items like badges by paying money, shifting the platform into a revenue-generating algorithmic mode. While Dipke initially portrayed the massive movement as an accidental explosion of youth frustration, Arnab highlighted that setting up merchandising contracts requires planned corporate infrastructure. The digital traffic on CJP’s pages followed a classic pump-and-dump loop showing an unnatural exponential rise followed by a sudden collapse. One should question the distribution of Dipke’s massive online following. For example, the CJP handle recorded 8.6 lakh followers from Topeka, Kansas (a town with only 1.26 lakh residents), alongside static, identical follower figures from Pakistan, Palestine, and the Ivory Coast, indicating a paid bot operation.
