I woke up with this video on my mind cos it’s one of my favorite videos of Akufo-Addo,the man who really understood the tenets of democracy. Young girl 🗣️ : “How do you keep calm when people criticize your actions?” Akufo Addo 🗣️ : “I have always wanted a system where people are free to criticize whoever. It will look strange if I started getting agitated about people criticizing me,I’m not God. It is their right to do so and it’s my right to ignore them as well” This is the President they labeled as a tyrant even though everyone could say whatever they want to him. I remember when this video went viral in 2024 because a mother was against her children voting for the NDC and the things that were said about her.
