"If you're a Jets fan, you feel like you're being made the joke. You're told 'Well, nobody succeeds with the Jets. And actually Jets fans, you don't know what you watched for years. He's actually a good coach and everyone gets a second shot after the Jets because the Jets don't get anything right.' And a Jets fan is sitting there going 'OK, I know we've gotten a lot wrong, but you don't also get to do that.' We can evaluate things in a vacuum. Robert Saleh failed here as a coach. It was a bad run where a lot of things were unfortunately his fault. All of us wanted him to succeed; it didn't work. And it took one game for all of the same exact things to happen. For everyone to look around and go 'uh oh,' and Jets fans are sitting there and going 'what do you mean, uh oh?!' I was just mind blown that it took one game for that narrative to flip on its head." Connor Rogers on the Robert Saleh / #Jets of it all

"The #Jets should not fear challenging them for explosive plays. Say you turn over the football, it shouldn't feel like you just gave Josh Allen another possession... We're not fearing the #Titans offense like that right now." Connor Rogers on letting Geno Smith cook Sunday.

"There is a trickle of excitement from the Jets fan base and I am so f*cking sick of people who try to pour cold water on that the second it happens. If you're not a Jets fan and you are bothered that some Jets fans are excited they scored a TD with their starters on the opening drive of their second preseason game -- and you need to pour cold water on that with this fanbase that has stuck through this without the playoffs for almost two full decades -- what is wrong with you?!" Connor Rogers goes OFF on the #Jets haters!

"They have this foundation where -- and they never get this right -- if they get QB right, you're sitting there with 21 year-old Kenyon Sadiq, a No. 1 wide receiver, I still believe in the two young tackles a lot... Offensively, it has been a long time since they have had this much talent that are not here as mercenaries. I am oddly optimistic because they get it on offense right now and it is going to translate to wins with just a couple little more things." Connor Rogers with his takeaway on the #Jets offense after their Week 3 loss to Detroit.

“I don’t think the #Jets are good enough right now to trade their war chest of draft picks for any quarterback and think he can come in here and save everything.” Connor Rogers gives his current views on the Fernando Mendoza discourse.
