Hungary’s new Prime Minister is clearly showing severe personality disorders. Every day he spends hours delivering endless speeches in Parliament about nothing, like Castro. Today he stole papers from the opposition benches, shouted, raged, denied opposition MPs the right to speak, and threatened them with prison without any legal basis. Anyone who watches the video needs no further psychoanalysis. It is painfully embarrassing. A pocket dictator.

Today, Hungary witnessed something troubling. Prime Minister Magyar Péter called for the removal of the President and threatened constitutional changes to achieve it. Heads of state should not be removed simply because of political disagreements. The footage below is also concerning. Citizens expressing disagreement were called stupid by the PM and removed by police while exercising their right to free speech.

A video of Hungary’s Brussels-backed liberal authoritarian Prime Minister. After moving to exclude his political opponents from democratic competition, attempting to remove the President through legally dubious means, and threatening even his own Speaker of Parliament for allowing opposition MPs to speak, he now spends hours every day attacking the opposition in speeches worthy of Fidel Castro. Apparently, even allowing the opposition two minutes to speak is too much for him. Instead, he argues they should simply be fined millions. The face of European democracy. Not a pretty sight.
