The entire gospel in two minutes from Voddie Baucham. “Until one day, when it’s all said and done, we’re not just saved from the penalty of sin. We’re not just saved from the power of sin. But one day, we’re glorified and saved from the very presence of sin. That’s the gospel that we preach! That’s the gospel that we need! And that’s the gospel that’s more than enough!” Today was that day for Voddie. When he preached this, he saw by faith. Now, Voddie sees by sight—glorified with Christ forever and eternally free from the penalty, power, and presence of sin.

As secular, corporate America embarked on a coordinated, illegal, and sinful discrimination campaign against white American men, so too did JD Greear and other woke SBC elites. Here, he boasts about discriminating against white men in his committee appointments, all but claiming they have no rule in the “future” of America’s largest Protestant denomination and that their “wisdom” is not welcome. “One of my main roles [as SBC President] is to appoint people on committees…Of all the appointments I’ve made, two-thirds are either women or people of color. I do that for two reasons: One, that really is the future…; Two, we need their wisdom.” As the article below points out, it wasn’t older white men who suffered. Greear never “gave up power.” Instead, he used his power to box out faithful, young, white Southern Baptist men and pastors in the next generation.

Pastor Erik Reed boldly putting an end to the "both sides" arguments we've seen from many Christians over the last few weeks and calling out the Democrats for being at war with "creational reality." "We are living in a world where there are two different visions for what kind of society we want to live in. And if Christ is not in the foundations of what we're doing with our vision for the future, if the Christian foundation and worldview that made our country great to begin with is not there, and everybody's just doing what's right in their own eyes, you can guarantee chaos will ensue. We are choosing between two distinct futures. They are not the same. Our two political parties in our country are not morally equivalent to each other... I am not baptizing the Republican Party. They did not come from Mount Sinai on high from God to say 'Thus saith the Lord.' But the current state of the Democratic Party, as they are...they are a party at war with creational realities every day. Creational realities. They are at war about what it means to be a man or a woman, about marriage, about sexuality, about who has the right to live in a womb. They are at war with life and prosperity. There is one side in particular with a progressive ideology that not only tried to suppress the story of the young woman in Charlotte, but who celebrated, both in the media and with college professors and many others, the death of a man whose beliefs they did not hold... And if you're more concerned with what I've just said in the last two or three minutes, about sounding partisan, than you are concerned about the reality of what's actually happening in our society right now, you have lost the plot."

The ERLC made this video, starring SEBTS President Danny Akin, telling white Christians to: 1) “Listen” to minorities ABOVE ALL THINGS 2) Surrender power Interestingly, neither Leatherwood nor Akin have “surrendered” their position of leadership to a “minority”

“In this day and hour, one of the ways you can measure the biblical fidelity of a preacher is not just by what he will say—but by some of the things he won’t say. There are churches all across the southeast and literally from coast to coast…you let a criminal die in police custody, and they’ll get coffee mugs and t-shirts and lead the protests. But you let a Christian commentator get assassinated by a sex pervert and they are as quiet as a church mouse.” Mike Stone bringing the heat 🔥

Willy Rice has a mandate to address the issues he ran on in the SBC. On a recent appearance with Douglas Wilson on Canon Press, SBTS president Albert Mohler said that Willy Rice won a “big election” and that he can “claim a mandate moving forward.”

What’s wrong with so much of our SBC leadership? Willy Rice says they’ve forgotten that “Billy Baptist” matters. “Jerry Vines used to talk about Billy Baptist in his great sermon, ‘A Baptist and his Bible.’ And he created a character of the ordinary Baptist layman or pastor. I think some of our leaders have forgotten about Billy Baptist. Okay, sure, you dunked on some guy at a microphone and made yourself look good. Is that what we want to be? Doesn't that Pastor matter? Shouldn't his question be taken seriously? Should we really want to make fun of him, is that what we want to do? I think that's the problem. We've got to get back to where that guy at that microphone matters.”

Florida pastor Willy Rice says the ERLC has lost the confidence of Southern Baptists. “We need to have some radical changes. The house is on fire. Instead, we’re treated to what is pretty pedestrian PR campaign. So I really do think we have to act.”

Watch as pastor Lewis Richerson gets repeatedly interrupted while speaking at the East Baton Rouge Library Board in defense of another pastor, Luke Ash, who was recently fired from his job at the library for refusing to use fake “trans” pronouns! Pastor Ash’s firing was religious discrimination, plain and simple. As Richerson stated, “Luke Ash…was fired for refusing to use pronouns that conflict with his Christian convictions. He did not mistreat or disrespect anyone. He simply could not, in good conscience, speak in a way that violates his faith. Let's be clear. Public dollars should not fund ideological coercion or religious discrimination.” Richerson, of Woodlawn Baptist Church, is helping lead a charge to rally other area pastors in defense of Ash and demanding that he be reinstated. This is a great example of Baptist leadership in the public square!

“There are really good pastors in the Southern Baptist Convention that are good at avoiding controversy. We're not in that time. We have controversy. We need somebody that can handle controversy and knows how to resolve it. The problem is not ‘lack of encouragement in the SBC.’ The problem is shying away from criticism and disagreement. And so Willy seems to me to be the man for this hour.” Jon Whitehead on why Willy Rice is the right man to lead the SBC next.

Secretary of War Pete Hegseth says “common sense is back,” which means: “No more social justice. No more political correctness. No more toxic ideological garbage…No more identity months. No more DEI offices…No more climate change worship.” When will this return of common sense come to the SBC? The list of nonsense Hegseth provides here could be used to describe most SBC entries over the last decade as well. DEI, CRT, social justice, political correctness, and even climate change worship has been embraced by our seminaries and other entities. But if our government can do this, Southern Baptists should be able to do this as well. It’s time to stop coddling unbiblical and divisive wokeness and lead with truth!

“Amen! That’s what I’m talking about. Michael Clary, amen and amen brother. If young men are walking into your doctrinally sound ‘inoffensive’ churches, what they are going to see is cowardice.” Thank you to Nick Freitas for reading an entire CBL article by Michael Clary on Charlie Kirk vs the Christian Elites on his recent podcast!
