🇩🇪 Before visiting the U.S., the media made me afraid of guns. The only shooting I experienced was at a professionally supervised shooting range in Texas. 🇺🇸❤️ #Texas #USA #Houston #German #ShootingRange #FirstTime #TravelUSA #America #gun #TravelExperience #shooting

I came to the U.S. for the World Cup and never imagined I’d have the opportunity to visit the White House. As a German, this is a memory I’ll never forget. Thank you, America, for the incredible kindness and hospitality. 🇺🇸🤝🇩🇪 #WhiteHouse #USA #WashingtonDC #WorldCup #Grateful

As a German, I was scared to visit America. 🇺🇸 I’d mostly heard negative things in the media and from others. I came for the World Cup. I stayed because of the people. My biggest lesson: experience a country for yourself, not just through headlines. Thank You America. ❤️

4 weeks in the U.S. changed me. 🇺🇸 I had to fly back to Germany… and honestly, I think it was a mistake. Now I just want to go back for the World Cup Final with my little daughter. Maybe this reaches the right person. ❤️ #WorldCup #USA #DreamBig

🚨 CHAOS IN GERMANY! 🇩🇪⚽️ Waldhof Mannheim vs. 1. FC Kaiserslautern in the DFB-Pokal this was supposed to be a football match. Massive police presence, K9 units, horses on the pitch and pepper spray through the fence. The match was on the brink of being abandoned. 😳 #DFBPokal
