A little inside baseball… My last conversation with Charlie Kirk was about him letting Nebraska Governor Jim Pillen speak at his May 2025 rally in Omaha (It was in a Group Chat, and I was the only holdout). I got pissed because I felt he caved to the pressure of the Governor to not call a Special Session immediately but Charlie was excited he got a Promise that Pillen would do his “best” to get Winner-Take-All across the line during the next legislative session. But I was right, It still hasn’t happened Governor Jim Pillen. Do you not Honor Your Promises? If you haven’t figured it out… Politicians are some of the best liars you’ll ever meet. At the time of his death, I was mad at myself for not securing our friendship again, even though he knew I reposted and liked his tweets, I never cleared the air. Anyways, God Rest Your Soul Charlie Kirk, there’s still some smart Nebraskans who would do anything to have you back and hold the people in power accountable, 100%, unlike some of the feckless “leaders” currently holding office here 👊🏼🇺🇸
