Dear Uganda Uganda Police Force and Uganda Peoples' Defence Forces (UPDF) we know these gangs are working for your bosses, the likes of muhoozi and Damukira, who are financing them to commit crimes at nights, especially in traffic jams. We request you do your job, to stop this before it's too late. And if it means to using lethal force to eliminate this nonsense from the country, please do so. Look at these perpetrators, they're young kids but highly dangerous. And whoever walking alone at night, be very careful.
