Young people & academics are fleeing Hungary because of Orbán’s and Fidesz’s attacks on the Rule of Law. Being members of any club, but especially the 🇪🇺 Union, brings benefits but also responsibilities. The EU is not Orbán’s 🏧. Time for Commission to take action.

Any call to cull the national herd is madness. 🇮🇪 doesn’t have Big Agri no matter how often the eco-left say it. Avg 🐄 farm size is 90 cows. That’s not Big Agri. Our dairy sector is already investing in changes to reduce their emissions. Let’s support, not demonise, them.

♀️A woman’s Right to Choose is non-negotiable.♀️ Spoke during the #MyVoiceMyChoice debate about how dangerous it is for society when people attempt to negotiate a woman’s bodily autonomy. 🇮🇪 did the right thing when we repealed the 8th. ✅ All women must have bodily autonomy.

🚨 The time has come to ban anonymous social media use. It allows young people & vulnerable people to be cyberbullied without any consequences. The 🇪🇺 must not bow down to big tech. We have a responsibility to our citizens to reduce abuse wherever and whenever it occurs.

🇮🇱 is systematically attempting to dismantle the 🇵🇸 State. The 🇪🇺 is shamefully sitting on its hands & doing nothing to sanction Israel. Debate on #RuleOfLaw in 🇮🇱 had three 🇮🇪 speakers: Barry Andrews MEP, Grace O'Sullivan & I showing strong 🇮🇪 interest in this human rights issue.
