This guy meet a 92yr old Punjabi man in Britain & what he said is absolutely correct in most countries Punjabis/Sikhs live… My example: My parents sent my brother & I to a Christian school in Punjab with full on nuns etc before moving to NZ back in 1996 as my parents thought learning English etc will make us better fit into the new society and country. It worked as we fit in very quickly, we maintain our Punjabi culture here in Australia now, there are about 250k (0.80%) of the population that are Punjabi/Sikhs and huge majority doing well and living as great Aussies! 💪🏽

I’m with this guy and so are a lot of other mum and dad investors who just wanted to have 1 or 2 properties for their kids in the future. Enough is enough! 🤬3AW Melbourne My wife and I have 2 investment properties, 1 has a lady with a disabled son and husband so we don’t increase the rent much at all, other had a young couple about to have a baby, so again we don’t increase much, both about $440/week which is quite good for 3Bedroom houses in decent areas, we have taken on huge risk and held on even with near zero growth for 5-8yrs, the Victorian govt has added on land tax plus all other property regulations etc, cutting capital gains will be the last straw, if we sell what happens to the tenants. When we had our second kid I remember we had $40 left in our account. Now we made it work and made massive sacrifices to try and hold on but now I will wait until Nov as the absolute last straw as we have had to take out $50k in equity from the houses just to survive. Now you may ask why not sell, well my wife is adamant that we hold on for the kids, she is born here and doesn’t want to sell, maybe it’s a women thing but us men are more brutal, if something is not profitable, we are out, let’s see - one last chance for victorians to boot this govt out or I’ll be building the Olympic stadiums in Brisbane next yr 🤦🏽♂️😡
