Ground realities: In THQ Burewala, prescribing a CT scan is solely upon consultants. MOs can't prescribe on OPD basis. In this video, this APWMO referred the patient to the consultant room. The patient went there, but the consultant was not available. The patient went to CT room directly where the AC met them The AC took them to APWMO room once again, misbehaved with the on duty doctor which is itself a criminal offense punishable by law, and the DMS in black shirt fully sided with the AC to save his seat and yes boss ok boss demeanor while the same DMS is the one preaching the MOs not to prescribe the CT scan. The healthcare department has become such a scum that every tom dick and harry consider himself a boss. This behavior by the AC is highly objectionable,inconsiderate and unforgivable.
