Despite Mark Carney saying he was willing to respect law-abiding gun owners in the Speech from the Throne, the government is planning to sell the land without compensation for the range, and force the club out by the end of the year. Lawful Canadians rely on this vital hub in the community to ensure people — including RCMP, conservation officers and cadets — can get the training and certifications that they need to ensure firearms safety.
