Located in Cobham, Surrey, the complex is where Chelsea’s first team and academy players work throughout the season. 🏟️ Cobham has become synonymous with Chelsea’s modern identity. The first team regularly uses the facility for gym sessions, tactical work and on-pitch training, with Chelsea’s official channels frequently providing behind-the-scenes looks at preparations for Premier League and European matches. 🌟 The academy is a major part of Cobham’s importance. Chelsea’s youth setup operates from the training centre, combining football development with education. The club’s full-time academy school programme was introduced in 2012, creating an environment where young players could develop both on and off the pitch. ⚽ The facility has played a major role in Chelsea’s ability to develop young talent, while also providing the first team with a dedicated environment to prepare for some of the biggest matches in English and European football. 🔥 Today, Cobham remains one of the most important places behind the scenes at Chelsea.
