Can we talk about the fact that Raphinha almost scored a corner ? Seriously what's wrong with this guy 😭

Cubarsí made like 3 or 4 passes like this in the game. I genuinely can't remember seeing a CB who consistently produces passes like these the way he does. Unbelievable.

We actually went through a phase where this guy was our CB… 😭 We wasted so many of Messi’s prime years with decisions like this. Bartomeu has blood on his hands

God… this tackle would’ve gone straight into the history books if we had completed that comeback.

Damn, he makes it look like he’s just walking through the defenders effortlessly at first watch live, but when you see it from here you can clearly see the quick touches in between. His footwork is so smooth.

Look at what Raphinha does here, he sees he can’t press in time, knows the ball carrier will have space to beat the offside trap, and instantly tells the defense to drop and follow the runners instead. Wow, brilliant leadership and tactical awareness.

Focus with me on Fermin’s movement here. Look at the action from the start: even though the ball was wide on the left, Bilbao’s fullback stayed close to Lamine, which is something many teams do because of how dangerous he is. The problem is, this always creates a big gap between the opponent fullback and the rest of the defensive structure. That gap was there from the start, but Olmo didn’t exploit it effectively. Fermin, however, immediately recognizes the space and runs into it, forcing Bilbao’s fullback to follow him and completely opening the lane for Lamine to score. Fermin’s brilliant spatial awareness is one of my favorite aspects of his game.

There was a time when he was a reliable defender, but it all ended with this moment. He was just never the same after it. Mentally, he couldn't recover, and I don't think he was ever going to be able to recover at Barcelona.

This video never fails to make me laugh 😭 I still don’t know what went through Song’s head to make him think Puyol was actually going to give him the cup.

Throwback to when Negreira put a magnet on the ball that made it follow Barça players’ legs. An unforgettable scandal in football history.

Some people say they fell in love with Raphinha after that Bayern hat-trick, others say it was one of those 24/25 Clasicos. But for me, it was this game. This is the game that did it for me. ❤️

I’m seeing a lot of Madrid fans talking about Negreira by sharing Messi’s famous handball against Getafe, but the funny thing is this Van Nistelrooy handball happened in the exact same season. Unlike Messi’s goal, which didn’t win us the game or the league, this goal won Madrid the game, avoided a yellow for Nistelrooy, which prevented him from getting suspended for their next game where he scored a brace in a 2-2 draw. The impact was much bigger, especially considering Madrid won that league on goal difference. They would've almost certainly lost this league to us if the ref didn't give this goal. Yet another league title robbed from us in the "Negreira era" alongside the famous 13/14 one.

This is the most united dressing room and the best team atmosphere I’ve seen in my lifetime. I love this team so much, they truly feel like a family.

Last season, also in Gameweek 3, we faced Rayo and that's when we truly realized what kind of signing we had made with Joan Garcia. I'll never forget this performance. Hopefully we won't need him this much tonight.

Longevity is so misunderstood. People think it’s about how old you are at the end so a player who peaks at 29 and retires at 41 gets labeled with better longevity than a player like Iniesta who was deciding UCL finals at 21-22 and stayed elite until 35

The Bayern hat-trick is probably the moment most Culers will point to, but personally this tie was when Raphinha completely won me over.

This is exactly what I meant the other time when I said teams rely too much on wide threat now and don’t break blocks through the middle anymore. I genuinely can’t see a single team, or even a clear group of players right now that can do this.

I’d genuinely forgotten that Lamine scored an overhead kick this season. This goal definitely didn’t get enough hype.
