Evie’s haters are so boring. Tradwife. Handmaid’s tale. Loves men too much etc etc. I was never called a tradwife in my life until I did creative direction for an editorial with Ballerina Farm (who is a co-CEO). Literally one photoshoot. Imagine if Anna Wintour was called a space cadet because her last editorial was Timothee Chamalet on the moon. They’re mad that we’re helping sell a designer bag when literally all women’s magazines sell purses and clothing? I’m grateful we got to work with AGCF! What a great brand. But somehow haters equate a bag that donates 20% of sales to helping foster children to hating queer people. The mental gymnastics is why they’re so unpopular that 33% of evie readers are classical liberals and 33% are independent.
