Russia escalates when it sees hesitation. It tests limits when it senses weakness. When #NATO increased its presence in the #BalticSea, disruptions of undersea cables stopped. When we reinforced military posture at the eastern flank, provocations stopped. Presence. Deterrence. Readiness. They work. It’s pathetic to let the Kremlin dictate who gets to speak to #Russia on #Europe’s behalf. And more importantly - what exactly is there to talk about? First, Europe should agree on its own demands, define its leverage, and set clear strategic goals. Until that happens, any talk is simply out of the question.

#Lithuania is under a combined hybrid attack: balloons violating our airspace and disrupting civil aviation, while Belarus seizes trucks to blackmail our economy. Over 30,000 passengers affected, 200+ flights redirected, and 1,000+ trucks held hostage. Belarusian blackmail requires a strong response. The #EU must act decisively - protect Member States, defend 🇪🇺 companies and their property, impose tougher sanctions on Belarus, and confront this escalation with unity and strength. Dictatorships only understand pressure and language of force.
