June 16: a western man reminded a group of deaf tourists from China that they had been hogging a photo spot near the grand staircase at Palais Garnier in 🇫🇷 Paris for too long… a woman in the Chinese tour group — 雪儿 who works for German direct-selling company PM International — defiantly showed off the China flag 🇨🇳 on her cellphone.

A 16-year-old girl knocked on the door of an apartment on the 11th floor of one of the blocks in Shijia Mingzuo (世嘉铭座), a residential estate in Gongshu District (拱墅区), Hangzhou, just past midnight of Mar 26. She didn’t know the person living there — a young woman, who opened the door even though the visitor was a stranger, probably thinking a teenage girl would be harmless and never expecting she would soon regret her decision. As soon as the door opened, the girl outside whipped out a knife and immediately attacked her with a flurry of stabs and slashes. She cried for help; neighbors quickly came over and called the police. The attacker, the 16-year-old girl, ran over to a window and climbed through it. She then jumped off, crashed into the ground below and died. The young woman who lived in the apartment was seriously injured and sustained multiple stab/slash wounds including one on the brow ridge. The 16-year-old was reportedly a migrant worker in the city. Word has it that she’s stressed out and had snapped mentally. 🔪

🇺🇸 USAF C-17 pilot Emily Barkemeyer (wife of USAF pilot Jared Barkemeyer) posted quite a few videos on 🇨🇳 Xiaohongshu (小红书 / Litter Red Book / REDnote) over the past few days; for some unknown reasons, she removed some of the videos afterwards — I believe too much was revealed in those deleted ones. Even 🇨🇳 media were surprised that she could actually post all those videos…

This AI-generated short movie 《我这一生最大的罪,是把人写成了妖》 aka 《妖异簿 • 问苍生》 — created by bilibili user 青瓜蛋 with Seedance 2.0 and uploaded to bilibili on Aug 17 — went viral and scored over 10 million views on the platform in 5 days. The story was set in late Eastern Han dynasty, around the time of the Yellow Turban Rebellion, and partly based on tales in 搜神记 (In Search of the Supernatural)… (张让 and 张角 in this AI movie are real historical figures.) Did the author create this as an allusion to China today? “你们不是天生该跪!” “后人读妖,勿问鬼神,问苍生”

“讲中文‼️” (speak Chinese‼️) The 🇨🇳 woman demanded a non-Chinese flight attendant speak Chinese (Mandarin) on AirAsia’s D7809 Chongqing to Kuala Lumpur flight on Apr 22 when the flight attendant politely asked her to lower her voice cuz she’s talking too loud on the phone after boarding (upper videos)… In the end the 🇨🇳 woman was removed from the flight by airport police (lower left video)… The flight attendant explained what happened in an Instagram story…

The 🇨🇳 woman fuss maker on that world-famous AirAsia flight did a live-streaming session on Douyin and also uploaded a few videos there — probably with the beauty filter maxed out… 😂 Long story short, she still thinks she’s right; it’s all other people’s fault… typical CCP thinking…
