De-transitioner Luke Healy testified in the CA Capitol on AB 932 which would permit Community Athletic Programs that allow boys to participate in girls' sports to use school properties - thus violating Title IX. Luke was planning to discuss how harmful affirming gender ideology was to him & how this bill does that. Yet, chair Assemblymember Chris Ward claimed that his testimony did not fit the merit of the bill - and cut off Luke Healy testimony. The committee then passed AB 932.
