🎤 During Coldplay’s concert, Chris Martin spotted both a Palestinian and an Israeli flag in the crowd, and used the moment to share a powerful message of unity. “Everyone is welcome here,” he said, adding how happy it made him to see people coexisting peacefully despite their differences. 💙 🎥 torontofoodguide

Harrison Ford sums up a Jewish mother perfectly ♥️ Harrison Ford's mother, Dorothy (née Nidelman) was an Ashkenazi Jew whose family is from Minsk, Belarus. Harrison always joked "As a man I've always felt Irish, as an actor I've always felt Jewish".

Throwback to 1985 when Leonard Cohen visited Israel spoke to Israeli television and was asked by Israeli TV host Dan Margalit “They say lately that your songs are more Jewish, is that right?” To which he responded: “My songs are always Jewish. They can’t be anything else but Jewish.”

Boy George’s “We Will Dance Again” Removed from Bandcamp Boy George’s song was written in solidarity with the victims and survivors of the Nova Music Festival massacre. It has been removed from Bandcamp, along with his artist page. Rather than silencing him, the move has only strengthened his resolve. Boy George has vowed to release the song independently and is encouraging everyone who already downloaded it to keep sharing it.

At a Coldplay concert, two Israeli girls were booed simply for saying they were from Israel. And instead of defending them, Chris Martin “balanced” it by greeting “Palestine” then told the girls, “we are treating you as humans of this earth.” Why did Israelis need to be reminded they will be treated as humans? Aren’t Israelis humans already? This is exactly the dehumanization Jews face again and again, and it’s shameful that it played out on a stage meant for music and unity. 🎥 AP

Holocaust survivor Simon Schama wins the Specialist Factual award at BAFTA for his extraordinary documentary, The Road to Auschwitz. His story exposes how propaganda, fear, and deep-rooted antisemitism were weaponized to turn ordinary people against their Jewish neighbours, something that lead to the murder of millions in Auschwitz. Unfortunately, that message is painfully relevant today.

Scooter Braun: Being here and meeting the survivors of the Nova Music Festival and the mothers and fathers and sisters and brothers of those who are lost and those missing has been too much. I have been a part and seen our industry respond with unity to violence at live music events and this time should be no different. Our silence must end. A music peace festival is no place for murder and kidnapping. They deserve to hear our voices right now as an industry. Shame on us if we don’t.” [🎥: Scott “Scooter” Braun ]

Thank you to Boy George for doing what more celebrities should be doing. With the overwhelming rise in violent antisemitism around the world, it’s time to check on your Jewish friends, colleagues, and communities, and to speak up. Thank you Boy George ♥️

Emmy nominated producer Yardena Schwartz sums it up perfectly. Palestine 36, which is the official Palestinian Oscar submission completely misrepresents history. The film erases Jewish narrative, distorts land ownership, omits Arab violence, and invents British atrocities. Key figures like the Grand Mufti, who incited violence against Jews and later collaborated with the Nazis, are erased entirely. Presenting it as historical truth (especially at the Oscars) is not art; it’s the laundering of propaganda through a prestigious cultural institution. Video: HonestReporting
