![The Brantleys' attorney went online and released a video admitting that claims made in the brief provided to me were false. Those claims included altered screenshots that Sarah said "doesn't sound like a bad idea" in response to a fake post that suggested they "drive by in [sic] shoot it up." Neither this post nor Sarah's were ever made. They were photoshopped. Attorney Adjua Justice (who's been sanction at least 5 times for unethical conduct) then claims that the anonymous person who sent the altered images to her apologized. First of all, here's the problem with that statement. It is an attorney's duty that when they place something into a file or they make a claim to opposing counsel that they have researched that claim with due diligence and in good faith are making that argument. And that to the best of their knowledge, and based on their reasonable research into the validity of that claim, it is legitimate. In this particular case, the Brantley's attorney accepted altered images uncritically and merely accepted them as fact. Relying on an anonymous emailer without verification is not good faith or due diligence. Alleging, that Sarah stated things that she had not said and uncritically included them in a filing that they gave to the attorney is not good faith. When a filing is submitted to the court, whether it is accepted or not, the attorney is certifying to the court that the claim is accurate. Then, at the end of this video, she REPEATS the very claims she just admitted were false!! This is in addition to the Brantleys' attorney accusing CJ Grisham of calling them b****** in another edited X post, and that in that X post, Attorney Justice shared a altered screenshot of something CJ had said while conveniently leaving out the complete post which showed that he was not speaking about them, but the authors of that article. Ms. Justice has a history of sharing false, proven lies in this case. CJ does not. Now, here's the second issue. The second issue is that even after admitting in this video that the "young lady" who sent her these altered images apologized and didn't know that they were altered (she is probably the one who made them), she still repeated those claims verbally at the end of her video saying that sarah did say those things!! Third issue: attorneys tell judges all the time they are wrong. Judges are not flawless and perfect. They are attorneys with a robe. They are wrong all the time. Attorneys are wrong all the time. The FACT is that the TXO is an invalid TXO and the judge is flat out wrong. No other reasonable judge would grant this TXO, much less extend it. CJ did not make a mistake telling the judge TXO was baseless and unlawful; he did his job. Rather than fix her mistake, she doubled down on it. Unfortunately, there is no interlocutory relief that we can seek because we don't have a final judgment (this is something we need to work on next session). So, we have to sit here with a broken and invalid TXO until the trial. At trial, we will expose all these lies. This is case full of lies by the Petitioner, even setting the Sea Tow call aside. They've been proven false time and again. No email address on file contrary to sworn statements. Claimed they weren't served with the motion to vacate while posting it on social media and we have the return receipt and internal records. Then, doubled down on that lie by claiming they forgot to include the full address. Then, accused us of falsifying a federal document. Then, filed false screenshots accusing Sarah and followers of saying things that were never said. Then, lied that CJ had said things he didn't say. I took my first oath to the Constitution at 20. Twenty-one years in uniform taught me what that oath costs. I never took it back when I took off the uniform. I just traded a rifle for a law license. So let me be clear to every bureaucrat, chief, commissioner, and politician who thinks the Bill of Rights is a suggestion: I am not intimidated by you. I’ve stood my ground under fire, and I’ll stand my ground in your courtroom, your council chamber, and your Capitol. You can threaten. You can arrest. You can hide behind qualified immunity. I’ll still be there, filing the lawsuit, making the argument, and holding you to the oath you swore and forgot. Tyranny counts on good people getting tired. I don’t get tired. Shall not be infringed. Not on my watch.

Once again, the City of Fort Worth is violating Texas law (LGC 229.001) by creating policies in violation of Tex. Pen. Code 46.15 to keep lawfully armed, retired peace officers out of public buildings in which they have a clear statutory right to carry. I didn't realize I accidentally turned off my camera. SGT James Wade of the "Fort Worth Marshal's" (who, by the way does not have a current TCOLE certification) and the Ft. Worth prosecutors think they are policy enforcement and aren't required to follow the law. Guess I'm filing ANOTHER lawsuit. We need to criminalize these willful criminals who think laws don't apply to them. When i tried to discuss the matter with the prosecutors (attorneys) who came down, they dismissively walked away and refused to comply with the law as well. They can't help but lie about what happened. No motion was denied. In fact, the Brantleys begged for a continuance because their attorney wasn't ready to argue it because they claim they never got it. They lied to the court that they never saw it, but literally posted it on their page on the 30th.

This is why the police earn the hate every day. They are nothing but oath breaking, rights hating thugs. This happened to me today in Tarrant Cty. I was placed in handcuffs for over 30 minutes for not breaking a single law. I will never roll over and allow cops to break the law.

The City of Corpus Christi just violated State and Federal law when Jason Followell attempted to speak. They unconstitutionally limited him to 1 minute, while "residents" got three. This is a violation of his right to equal treatment under the law. Yup, we're filing suit.
