Chris Paul on the Clippers sending him home in his retirement season: “It’s probably one of the most disrespectful things that I’ve endured. Obviously I was upset, but my family, my people, like everybody. I think just because of the investment we made in the team for as long as we have, and to see the way stuff was handled. It lets you know that, no matter what you do, or what you’ve done, nobody cares.” (🎥: Daniel Lubetzky / YT)

![Chris Paul described being traded from the Rockets to the OKC Thunder in 2019 & his mindset during his commencement address for Morehouse College: “The mission is always bigger than you. Once, I got traded, and I found out on ESPN. Not even a phone call… I wanted to channel my energy in a productive way. I got in the gym. I got to work. Then, I called the [GM] in Oklahoma to get every teammates number. I’m all in. I never went into a game thinking I would lose. As long as I’m on the court, we damn sure got a chance.” (🎥: @theauccentrallc/IG)](https://image.24vids.com/tw-2056177243215335614/amplify_video_thumb/2056177171224227840/img/05wpsV6o_K4mEubY.jpg)

Chris Paul said that the night before each game, he would look at every shot his opponent took for the last 5 games to be ready & have an advantage using Genius Sports technology: “Say I was about to play against Steve Nash, and the night before he went 5/6 from the 3PT line. When I play him, he’s gonna be feeling real good from the 3PT line. So I need to be up on him & be more agressive.” Elite competitor 💪 (🎥: Upfront Ventures)

Reggie Miller says he wishes the Spurs signed Chris Paul to help them: "I wish that they would've picked up Chris Paul just as an insurance vet on that bench. I think that would’ve helped De’Aaron Fox, Stephon Castle. I just think Chris Paul would’ve helped.” 💯💯💯 (🎥: Dan Patrick Show)
