Cangzhou Martial Arts Series 03 - Baguazhang Cangzhou, renowned as the "Hometown of Martial Arts," is home to Nanpi Baguazhang—one of the three major internal martial arts in traditional Chinese kung fu. In 2017, it was recognized as a provincial-level intangible cultural heritage of Hebei. Rooted in the internal practice of "xingzhuang" (walking postures), it features coiling and turning movements, with palm techniques serving as its main combat application. ⏳ Baguazhang was created by Dong Haichuan, a master of the Qing Dynasty who drew inspiration from various schools.
