You wouldn’t regret following me if you genuinely like rugby 🏉

Maro Itoje has to be one of the most unlikeable players to ever wear a Lions jersey and easily one of the worst-behaved captains in their history. What is he even doing here? The opposing captain is having a genuine, respectful conversation with the referee, and Itoje’s out here carrying on like that? Mate, grow up. #Lions2025 #LionsRugby #Lions

This is something I’ve always wanted to change in rugby. If both teams knock the ball on at the same time, why can’t the knock-ons simply cancel each other out and play on ? Instead, we stop the game, reset for a scrum and slow everything down. If rugby genuinely wants to compete with other major sports, we need to find ways to keep the game moving. This is one simple change that could help speed things up and make the game more entertaining. #Springboks #Allblacks #Rugby #RSAvNZL 🇿🇦🇳🇿 | THE GREATEST RIVALRY TOUR

We can debate the Carlo Tizzano–Jac Morgan incident all day, but for me, this is where the game truly slipped away. A momentum killer from Tom Lynagh. Unforgivable in that moment. There was no pressure, the your team were on the front foot, Have to be better than this. And as soon as this happened , I turned to my mate and said, “Remember this moment. Here comes the momentum shift.” Sadly, I was right. #LionsRugby #Lions2025 #Rugby #Wallabies

This is actually true. When there are nothing much between teams, in any sport, crucial moments like these can swing the momentum. Just need a bad referee decision or a small time off due to player injury and boom the momentum changes. Although I believe losing to Springboks at Wellington in that manner was the best thing happen to All blacks in recent years. I might be wrong and we are about to find out. #Springboks #Allblacks #Rugby #RSAvNZL 🇿🇦🇳🇿 | THE GREATEST RIVALRY TOUR

I can’t upload the actual video of this because Super Sport will take it down. But you can have a look. Look, this is what pisses me off: referee consistency. How many times does a referee have to tell a team to get on with it when they’re deliberately slowing the game down before actually penalising them? Karl Dickson told Manie Libbok repeatedly to get on with it. Pieter-Steph du Toit deliberately moved into Libbok’s kicking position, then took treatment there, preventing the game from restarting. You can listen to the video and hear Dickson telling Libbok to go and Libbok refusing. In my view, that is a clear penalty for time-wasting. A few years ago at Marvel Stadium, Mathieu Raynal penalised Bernard Foley and the Wallabies for delaying a penalty vs All Blacks. He didn’t give them anywhere near this much time. That is the consistency we want. And to South Africa: with all due respect, you are the best team in the world. You’re leading this Test. You’re double World Cup champions. You don’t need this shit. You came hard at Cam Roigard for allegedly acting in the last game, and the memes were everywhere. So how about holding your own players to the same standard? This isn’t banter. This is a rugby fan talking. South Africa has inspired generations of rugby fans, including me. When I was a kid, the All Blacks and Springboks were the benchmark. We looked up to these teams because they represented what rugby could be. That’s why this matters. There are kids watching these games and learning from what they see. Don’t teach them that deliberately slowing the game down or playing games with injuries is acceptable when you’re under pressure. You are far too good for this. If you lose, lose properly. Hold your heads high. You’re better than this, Springboks. Come on now ! #Springboks #Allblacks #Rugby #RSAvNZL 🇿🇦🇳🇿 | THE GREATEST RIVALRY TOUR

Sorry to disappoint all the hyped Northern Hemisphere fans from Louis Bielle-Biarrey’s (Again had to google his name) cross kick vs Ireland , Quade Cooper did it in 2011 and very effectively too. What a freakish talent this guy was Quade Cooper. If you’re reading this, know that fans wouldn’t just turn up,they’d pack the stands to see you light up Super Rugby Pacific again and we would pay any price to watch you work your magic on the field. #SuperRugby #IREvFRA #SixNationsRugby #6Nations #SuperRugbyPacific

This video clip just sums up Ben O'Keeffe’s refereeing in the 1st Lions test. Tom Curry was clearly offside which makes Jake Gordon hesitant. In front of the referee too and when you think it’s crazy Just listen to what he says to Tom Curry at the end! “It’s a ruck. You can’t step over” Correct Ben. That’s what Tom just did and should have been penalised. Referees makes mistakes and that’s okay but this is not acceptable for an international standard referee. Unbelievable. #Lions2025 #Lions #lionsrugby #LionsTour2025 #Wallabies #Rugby

Can I be honest? Louis Bielle-Biarrey should’ve been World Rugby Player of the Year 2025. Eight tries in the 2025 Six Nations, Player of the Tournament, and he helped deliver the title. A winger’s job is to score tries, and this guy does his job better than anyone right now. The game against Australia today showed how lethal he is and we can’t deny his record for Union Bordeaux Bègles in Top 14. Robbed ? 👀 #FRAvAUS #Rugby #Top14 #France
